Shipping Policy
Nirve bicycles and components are only available to customer (shipment address) within the U.S.A. only. For international customers, please contact our international distributors here.
Following the above-mentioned policy, we can ship your order anywhere you designate (except P.O. Box, APO, and FPO addresses). For security reason, we reserved the rights to refuse order that is shipping to an unconfirmed address. A confirmed address is a verified mailing address listed on file with the credit card issuer.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Nirve assumes responsibility for every package it ships until Nirve's
appointed courier delivers the package to the address designated by the customer
who made the order. The cost of shipping and handling is added to the price of
products selected, and will show up on your bill's order summary as a separate
charge. All charges will be clearly indicated.

Shipping / Delivery Timeline
Nirve assumes responsibility for every package it ships until Nirve's
appointed courier delivers the package to the address designated by the customer
who made the order. The delivery of your order may take from one to seven
business days, or more depending on your location. Shipping on or near holidays
may also add time to delivery.
