Purchase Agreement
By purchasing a Nirve product, you understand and assume complete
responsibility and risk for:
- Reading, understanding and following all
instructions, warnings, cautions and safety information in the owner's
manual and, if appropriate, making sure that all instructions, warnings,
cautions, and safety information in the owner's manual are understood by
your child.
- The need to wear all of the appropriate
protective safety gear and clothing including, but not limited to, a helmet,
elbow pads, kneepads, wrist guards, and appropriate footwear.
- Proper assembly by an adult (18 years of age or older) of the Nirve product purchased using the provided owner's manual and, if appropriate, the provided assembly instructions.
- Proper service, maintenance and repair of the
product.
I understand that there are certain risks involved with participating in the
types of sports Nirve products are designed for. These risks
include, but are not limited to, serious injury and/or death. I freely agree
that the use of Nirve products are undertaken at my sole risk, and
that Nirve, it's manufacturers, and its distributors shall not be liable for
any claims for personal injuries, wrongful death or damages (including
property damages) in any way, arising out of or connected to my use or
anyone else's use of the Nirve products, or the negligence of
Nirve, its manufacturers, and/or its distributors. I freely agree to assume
full responsibilities for the risks involved with the use of Nirve product.
I understand and agree to the Method of Payment & Tax applicable to my purchase. I am fully responsible for paying any sales or use tax in my tax return, based on my local State laws, for any purchase shipping to States that are outside of California.
